Food & Beverage Director
Lead all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, concessions, and catering. Oversee staffing, budgeting, inventory, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring exceptional service and profitability.
Our operation serves school lunches during the day, followed by restaurant service in the evenings, typically 4:00 PM to 9:00 or 10:00 PM, along with tournaments, leagues, and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience with a POS system (Toast preferred)
- Strong food ordering, inventory, and cost control experience
- Knowledge of kitchen operations with the ability to jump in and cook when needed
- Proven leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing staff
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sports and family entertainment environment
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily restaurant operations
- Oversee food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Schedule and lead front- and back-of-house staff
- Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Help prepare and serve food during busy periods
- Manage labor and food costs while driving profitability

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, efficient service. Maintain a clean bar area, verify IDs, process payments, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain menu knowledge, handle payments, and work as part of a fast-paced team.

Food Runners
Quickly and accurately deliver food from the kitchen to guests while ensuring presentation and order accuracy. Support servers and help maintain a smooth dining experience.

Concession Stand Workers
Prepare and serve food and beverages at concession stands while providing fast, friendly customer service. Operate cash registers, restock inventory, and maintain a clean work area.

Line Cooks
Prepare high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen while following recipes, food safety standards, and quality expectations. Maintain a clean workstation and collaborate with the kitchen team.

Restaurant Greeter (Host/Hostess)
Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, manage seating arrangements, answer questions, and help create a positive first impression. Coordinate with servers to ensure efficient guest flow.

Facility Front Desk Attendant
Serve as the first point of contact for guests by answering questions, checking in visitors, assisting with facility needs, and providing outstanding customer service. Handle phone calls, reservations, and general administrative tasks.
