Bartenders & Servers
Bartenders and servers are needed for the Overtime Bar & Grill inside the CarShield Sportsplex. Mix and serve drinks, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with fast, friendly service that keeps fans coming back between games, leagues, and tournament weekends.
Pay ranges from $22–$27 per hour, with evening, weekend, and tournament shifts available. Bartenders must be 21 or older.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer menu questions, and recommend food and drink pairings
- Take orders accurately and enter them through the point-of-sale system
- Build cocktails and pour beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistent, accurate pours
- Deliver food and drinks to tables and the bar in a courteous, timely manner
- Present checks, make correct change, and process card payments accurately
- Verify IDs and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements
- Keep the bar, dining room, and service stations clean, stocked, and organized
- Check in on guests and anticipate needs before they have to ask
- Work as one team with barbacks, food runners, and cooks during game-day rushes and special events
Qualifications
- Bartenders must be 21 years of age or older
- Bartenders: strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending fundamentals
- Servers: solid menu knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tables at once
- Reading, writing, basic math, and clear verbal communication skills
- Able to stay on your feet and keep moving for a full shift with a sense of urgency
- Team-first attitude in a loud, fast-paced sports environment
Food & Beverage Director
Lead all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, concessions, and catering. Oversee staffing, budgeting, inventory, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring exceptional service and profitability.
Our operation serves school lunches during the day, followed by restaurant service in the evenings, typically 4:00 PM to 9:00 or 10:00 PM, along with tournaments, leagues, and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience with a POS system (Toast preferred)
- Strong food ordering, inventory, and cost control experience
- Knowledge of kitchen operations with the ability to jump in and cook when needed
- Proven leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing staff
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sports and family entertainment environment
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily restaurant operations
- Oversee food ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Schedule and lead front- and back-of-house staff
- Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Help prepare and serve food during busy periods
- Manage labor and food costs while driving profitability
Barbacks
Barbacks are needed for the Overtime Bar & Grill inside the CarShield Sportsplex. Keep the bar stocked and running smoothly by supporting bartenders with ice, glassware, kegs, and supplies — so service never slows down during games, leagues, and tournament weekends.
Evening, weekend, and tournament shifts available — earn hourly pay plus a share of bar tips.
Responsibilities
- Stock and restock beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies before and throughout each shift
- Keep ice bins full and glassware clean, polished, and within easy reach of bartenders
- Change kegs and CO2 tanks and rotate product so nothing sits past its date
- Clear empty bottles, glasses, and trash from the bar and surrounding guest areas
- Wipe down bar tops, wells, coolers, and floors to keep the bar clean and safe
- Run stock between storage, the Overtime Bar & Grill, and concession areas as needed
- Help receive and put away bar deliveries and assist with inventory counts
- Jump in wherever the bar team needs support during game-day rushes and special events
- Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for a full shift
- Dependable, quick-moving, and comfortable in a loud, fast-paced sports environment
- Prior bar, restaurant, or concessions experience is a plus — we'll train the right person
